Introduction and Features of Aideler® Thin Set Waterproof Insulation Backer System
- This system adopts a multi-layer composite structure design, with a high-strength, environmentally-friendly XPS extruded polystyrene board as the core material in the middle layer.
- The XPS board possesses excellent properties such as high compressive strength, B1 fire resistance, corrosion resistance, and low thermal conductivity. A layer of fiberglass mesh is evenly wrapped around the XPS board, followed by a uniform application of modified cement mortar onto the core material and fiberglass mesh to ensure a strong bond.
- Through scientific formulation and manufacturing processes, a special composite board is produced, providing comprehensive properties such as high compressive strength, flexural strength, waterproofing, corrosion resistance, low thermal conductivity, and strong adhesion.
